Return Policy

We gladly except returns and exchanges!  We do require you email us or call before sending back if you do not follow procedure you will not get a refund.

ALL returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of the order placed. 

All exchanges require customer to send $10.00 cash or request an invoice to pay exchange shipping on the item being sent back to the customer.  This can be in the package with item your sending back or would need to have the invoice paid before we can ship out the item.  If there is any difference in cost from the original item to the exchanged item you will be invoiced for that as well. 

Any returns must be sent back to us and we will refund the item to original payment method minus any shipping cost unless already paid by customer at time of order.  

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached. Be sure to use a tracking service when shipping back an item we are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return.

This includes, but is not limited to the following: deodorant stains, makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, mildew scent, etc.  

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded

PICKUP ORDERS:

must be picked up within 48 hours if cancelled after this period there is a 20% restocking fee!
